Morning in Taiwan <3

It's a cold morning here in Ximending..

If I am not mistaken, the temperature is only 19 Celsius.. =.= Fucking cold!!! Plus the fact I am under dress for this kinda of weather.. Winter is nice but it's fucking cold..
