Ye Olde SmokeHouse~~~

Hey~

It's being awhile since I blogged...

As I got older, I got more boring and lazier to blog.. 

Hate it or Love it.. I had to admit I am OLD.. xD

Anyway, last week (couldn't remember which date) I went uphill with boyfie.. He drove all the way up to Cameron Highland. And as for me, I slept in the car like a pig.. Hahahah xD

It took about more than 2 hours up the hill.. Checked into SmokeHouse and had afternoon tea.. =)

People who go SmokeHouse loves to enjoy their tea with scones.. I went there few years back but only for tea session.. Now I get to stay in it.. Thanks to Groupon for the ridiculous deal that I will never get..

We settled down into a suite room.. God, that room was big.. I think it was the biggest suite that had in SmokeHouse and we were lucky to get that room.. Maybe there were not much people there.. The first day I stepped in SmokeHouse, never really saw any hotel guests.. Only saw a foreigner couple the next day.. 

We was amazed  by the room.. Though it was old, it was comfy to live in.. I must say, it was pure relaxation..

" Apparently I wore too less.. The weather was so cold due to the rain earlier.. I was freezing up there "

" Steamboat there are not spicy enough for me... Hahaha.. It was okay afterall "

We did not have anything to do as it was on weekday.. The whole town was pretty empty.. However, it was good if you are going there for relaxation.. As for me, I got a little bored.. No night market... Lol.. We went the hotel pretty early.. 

Apparently SmokeHouse closes at 10pm including the dining area, bar and reception.. Pretty scary to walked out of the room at night but there will guard sitting there guarding the door.. Just in case some guest returns late..  

The next day, woke up pretty early for breakfast.. I do not want to miss the breakfast.. I love breakfast when I go for trips.. There always have English breakfast that I always enjoyed... Though normal days I will skip breakfast, I never missed my breakfast when I am on trip.. It was the most enjoying moments when I am on a trip... =)

I love the croissant with butter and strawberry jam..
Till today, it makes my mouth watery whenever I think of croissant and strawberry jam.. "

 Do enjoy the pictures and my post ends here... It was a pleasant stay.. Actually I read a bad review about Smoke House before I went on the trip.. But I was fairly satisfied with it after I visited Smoke House.. No complains but I regretted to use the 20% I had from the deal.. What a waste.. Besides that, I was satisfied with everything.. =)

Services - 9/10

[Maybe there are not much guests there, so there are only one server for each place.. But it was fine.. They served us well.. ]

Environment - 8/10

[ Place are a bit old.. Can't blame them, it was built before Malaysia Independence Day.. So there are some part of the buildings are really old.. Still they maintain it nicely.. ]

Location - 9/10

[ It was easy to find.. There are signboards and everything.. Except at night, it was really dark.. Not enough light.. ]

Food - 8/10

[To be honest, not all food I ate was nice.. Half of it tastes real good, half of it tastes okay.. But I do not hate it.. It is edible, still it's good if they do improve.. ]
